Voucher codes
You can redeem a voucher code in the checkout.
The checkout starts where you can do your payment.
You start with adding your products to the shopping cart and then click on "Checkout".
Now you are in the first step of the checkout process. Here you can enter the code you generated before. On the desktop you enter the code on the right site and on the smartphone you can enter the code at the top.
After you have entered the code, click on "Apply".
After that, check if the voucher has been deducted correctly.
Note: You can only redeem one voucher code per order!
Multiple voucher codes aren't working
Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order.
In case of a promotion, we recommend you to enter the promotion code, because you will get bonus points for this order and you can redeem them later at once. This way you can save twice.

I would like to send my order back
We find this very unfortunate, but here you can find out how to return our products.
First of all: We can ONLY take back unopened and undamaged main packages, otherwise they are not allowed to be resold. A bundle can only be refunded if all products in the bundle are unopened and undamaged.
The return period is 2 weeks from receipt of the goods. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
Already paid shipping costs, will not be refunded.
If the order was placed with free shipping and the package was returned unopened and/or the acceptance was refused, the total amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs we paid. You can find the current rates in our terms and conditions.
