Enjoy Share® in the evening
To begin your Share® journey, we recommend starting with half a fruit per day as your body adjusts to its distinctive taste and natural fermentation. Please note that the apricot is whole and contains a pit. It's also important to stay hydrated—drink two cups of warm water alongside it. As you grow accustomed, you may increase to one whole fruit daily, according to your personal comfort and needs.

Drink warm water
Share® can be enjoyed at any time of day, ideally after lunch or in the evening and paired with 1–2 cups of warm water (around 100°F/38°C). Begin with half of a fruit and see how your body responds. You can gradually adjust the amount based on your individual needs. Trust your instincts and listen to your body.

Application
What is the best way to take the trial packs?
We recommend starting with just one product per day to get familiar with its unique taste and ingredients. For example:
• ½ can of ShareAqua d'Oro® drink
• ½ of a ShareOriginal® Plum
• ¼ of a SharePomelozzini®
Why is drinking water so important with our fermented products?
When enjoying a ShareOriginal® plum or SharePomelozzini® praline, we suggest drinking at least 500 ML of warm water or tea.
When is the best time to take Share® products?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach - we offer only general suggestions. Since these are fermented foods, you can enjoy them whenever it best fits your day. Some people prefer them in the morning, others at lunch or in the evening.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it’s common to consume such foods in the evening before sleep. However, feel free to try different times and see what works best for you.
You can eat the fruits directly or soak them in water earlier in the day if you prefer a softer texture.
If you’re trying them for the first time, we recommend starting with a smaller portion—such as half a fruit—and adjusting according to your personal preference.
How long should I eat Share® products?
Fermented foods have a long tradition in many cultures and are often part of a balanced and varied diet.
They can be enjoyed daily according to personal taste and preference.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is believed that long-term, regular intake of such foods plays a role in overall well-being.
While scientific perspectives may vary, many people choose to integrate fermented foods into their daily routine over several months as part of a conscious approach to nutrition.
How to eat during a Share® cure?
Every person is unique – with different routines, activity levels, and stress factors – so there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
A varied and balanced diet is always a good foundation. In general, many people find that they feel more comfortable and energetic when their meals include more whole foods such as fiber-rich vegetables, legumes, potatoes, and salads.
The principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) often emphasize warm, gentle foods and mindful lifestyle choices. You may find it beneficial to choose still, body-temperature water and move regularly – even a daily walk can make a difference.
Getting enough sleep – about 7 to 8 hours per night – is also considered an important part of a balanced lifestyle.
Is it possible to eat the seed of the ShareOriginal® plum?
Thanks to gentle fermentation and the fact that the ShareOriginal® plum is not heated, the natural characteristics of the fruit are preserved.
Many people enjoy the subtle, complex taste that results from this process. Some also like to crack the pit open – the soft interior has a mild, slightly sweet flavor.
Can the Share® products be taken together and what is the difference between the products?
Combining Share® Products – a Gentle Daily Ritual
These naturally fermented products complement each other and can be enjoyed as part of a balanced routine. Many people choose to include both ShareOriginal® Plum and ShareAqua d'Oro® in their day for variety and taste.
ShareOriginal® Plum (Japanese Apricot)
This wild-growing fruit is hand-picked, fermented for 30 months. It contains a pit inside, which some choose to break open and enjoy the soft inner part.
How to enjoy: Start with half a plum in the evening, accompanied by 500 ml of warm water.
Tip: You can also make a mild infusion by soaking one plum in 1 liter of 40 °C warm water for about 20 minutes – the result is a pleasant, aromatic herbal drink.
ShareAqua d’Oro® Drink
This refreshing drink contains a variety of 24 fermented fruits and vegetables. Many people enjoy it as a light and fruity introduction to fermented foods.
How to enjoy: One can per day, depending on your preference.
SharePomelozzini®
This product is made from whole pomelos – including peel – that have been gently fermented. Its bold, tangy flavor is especially appreciated by those who enjoy citrus taste.
How to enjoy: Try half a Pomelozzini® in the morning or evening. Please don't forget your water!
Note: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these foods are considered "alkaline" and warming. While TCM follows a different logic than Western science, many people value its holistic approach to food and well-being.
